The little container with the blue top contains 1-2 treatments of a nourishing, repairing mask. As the lashes shed and grow into new lashes, it can sometimes leave your lashes looking frazzled. Apply on lashes and allow to sit on the hair for 5 mins then wash off. Or you may apply it right before bed, leave it on all night, and wash it off in the morning. It may take the place of the serum and castor oil one night.

We can't treat the lips if you have a cold sore and can only be done after 4 weeks from your most recent outbreak. You can also take the over the counter L-Lysine supplement.
Avoid oil based products on the lips as it can clog pores reducing pigment retention.

AM:
If you consume anything that may be staining, brush or swish with water immediately afterwards. After brushing and flossing, wipe teeth dry.
Turn the dial on the FOREVER WHITE WHITENING PEN until you see the gel appear on the brush. Brush each tooth with the gel and hold your lips away from the peroxide. Wait or it to dry. Don’t drink anything besides water for the next 30 mins.
PM:
Brush and floss your teeth. Wipe your teeth dry, turn the dial on the ENAMEL BOOSTER PEN until you see the blue gel appear on the pen.
Brush each tooth with the gel and wait for it to dry. Don’t drink anything besides water for the next 30 mins.
POST CARE:
Follow the white diet for 48 hours after a teeth whitening treatment. Remember that after whitening, the pores of your enamel are open and this makes them extra vulnerable to any stains. The enamel will harden around 48 hours post-whitening.
It is very important that you incorporate the use and a REMINERALIZING ENAMEL BOOSTER PEN. This not only strengthens the enamel we stripped but protects against further staining.
In addition, we strongly recommend the use of our FOREVER WHITE TEETH WHITENING GEL PEN.
